November Preschool Families and Friends,
Don’t forget
we have Open House T O N I G H T
from 5:00-6:00 and would love for you to stop in and do a scavenger hunt with
your preschooler so they can show you what they do at school.
We have been
having so much fun in preschool! We had such a fun day celebrating Halloween on
Tuesday. Thanks to all the parents who came to watch our costume parade.
This week:
We started
learning about Community Helpers and the children talked about what they might
like to be when they grow up!
When we grow up we want to be a...
We also
started learning about feelings and talked about how you can tell how someone
is feeling by looking at their face. We talked about what it means to be happy and what it means to be sad.
Next week:
We will
learn what Paramedics do and what number to call in an emergency. We will visit
Cambridge Rescue on Thursday at 9:30 (leave the school at 9:15) and would love
for parents to join us! We also have the “tooth tutor” coming to visit us on
Thursday to talk about dental hygiene.
